Trading conditions

Trading conditions of an internet shop of the company A-SPORT FSP act to the undermentioned shopping regulations, as well as valid legislature and trading usage. Goods offered for sale comes from accredited importers and producers for the Czech Republic, they are a high quality and a customer can receive a guarantee according to valid legislative rules and according to guarantee conditions of a producer or importer.

Goods ordering

There is a posibility to order goods:

by e-mail
by the phone

A customer confirms obligation of his/her order by sending off an e-mail ordering chosen goods. At the same time a customer agrees with trading conditions of the company A-SPORT FSP. If a customer filled in his or her e-mail address correctly, he/she will be sent a copy of the order as a confirmation of a registration of the order to the e-shop order system. In the case of telephone order a customer again receives a confirmation of the order. If a customer doesn´t receive a copy of the order at his/her e-mail address, it is necessary to contact the company A-SPORT FSP as soon as possible. The order is always taken for mandatory for both sides unless it is concluded differently.

Order cancellation

A customer and a supplier can cancel an order without explaining a reason only if an order was not confirmed by a supplier. An order cancellation after its confirmation It is possible to cancel an order only after a previous agreement between a supplier and a customer and under the conditions the both sides negotiate.

Goods delivery

The goods are delivered from the company store within 5 working days. If the goods are not in stock, a customer is informed immediatelly. If an order concerns about long term unavailable goods, a customer is warned by a supplier and they can arrange a relevant change or cancellation of the order.

Personal taking in at the store is free of charge
Posting costs 120,- Kč
Carriage freight rate is free of charge if an order is worth more than 2000,- Kč

Guarantee and Reclamation

A customer is obliged to check through purchased goods and to inform a supplier about detected errors within 3 working days. A customer have to announce about detected errors in writing at a supplier, also by an e-mail, without 3 working days after receiving goods. The announcement has to contain a description of detected errors and how they express themselves. For a reclamation it is necessary to show a copy of an invoice, a receipt. A supplier covenants to inform a customer about receiving the reclamation as soon as possible, also about a procedure and liquidation. A supplier is obliged to liquidate a reclamation within 30 days.

Avoidance of a contract – Returning of the goods

If a customer learns that the goods do not suit him/her immediatelly after receiving the ordered goods, he/she has got a possibility to return the goods without explaining a reason. After receiving the goods by a supplier, the money is sent back to him/her either via bank transfer or by a pay slip.

Conditions for returning the money:

The goods have to be absolutely unfaulted and intact, in orriginal intact wrapping, wrapped well, able to be sold again.
A customer has to send off the article within 14 days after receiving the goods.
A customer is repaid only the money for the goods, not for packing and postage.
This service refers only to the territory of the Czech Republic.

Protection of Personal Data

The company A-SPORT FSP appreciates the trust of its customers and it covenants that it will not give their personal data to the third side at any form. Personal data will be insured strictly according to the law and used only for communication between a customer and a supplier. Elaboration and manipulation with personal data is proceeded in confirmity with the law nb. 101/2000 Sb. for Protection of Personal Data.
